Parker goes to Homecoming

Parker goes to his first high school homecoming. He attends Northridge High in Tuscaloosa. He is the 4th from the right in the group picture. He had a great time!

Cool Weather has come to Tinsel Town. Chloe gets to wear her winter duds. Is she adorable or what?

Nikita's Seizure Scare
Around 3:15 am this morning, Nikita was flailing about on the floor. She was unable to pull herself onto her hind legs. Stew tried to pick her up but her hind legs were unresponsive. Her bladder and bowels became uncontrollable. Heather and Stew took her to their 24 hour vet. The blood tests revealed nothing. Nikita was still lethargic eight hours later after rest and IV fluids. But, at 3:00 pm she was back to herself and ready to go home. The vet wanted to monitor her for 24 hrs in case she has another seizure. If she did have “cluster seizures” they will put her on medication. They are hoping to pick her up and take her home sometime today. Nikita, pretty girl, don't scare us like that again.

Chip's News

Chip is an official for the Ohio Valley Conference and was selected for Crew 2 for the playoffs. This means he was rated 2^nd at his position and will get a playoff game in the 2^nd round if the OVC is selected to officiate any games in that round. For those not familiar with OVC, it is a college football conference. Eastern Kentucky, Jacksonville State, UT Martin, Tennessee State, Murray State, Eastern Illinois, Southeast Missouri St., Austin Peay and Tennessee Tech. Chip was the only official from Alabama chosen for the top teams.
